Most frequent questions and answers
How quickly do you answer calls from customers?
We are never too busy for our clients. If called in the morning before 9.00 am we shall attend to the machine the same morning before 1.00 PM. If called in the afternoon after 3.00 PM then we attend the same next day before 9.00 am. Down time response for up country is 2 (two) hours. downtime reaction time is 2 (two) hours.
What about required maintenance?
We have learned a lesson from our extensive experience in maintenance. We already know that well-done construction lowers maintenance costs. This forced us to hire highly skilled engineers. Our yearly service agreement helps us identify issues quickly and prevent the need for part replacement.
What happens if a device is brought into the workshop? How long does it take you to fix it and come back?
Ideally two (2) days if spares are available. Two (2) weeks if replacement parts need to be imported. However, if it is determined that the machine cannot be repaired profitably, we inform our customer in writing and provide them with the prices for a replacement.
